Welcome to ours WONG ELECTRIC AND TV (WGTV) Online Shopping platform (“WGTV” or “We” or “us”), and conducting a business through our website known as https://wongelectric.com.my/

These terms and conditions illustrate the manner in which WGTV collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://wongelectric.com.my/ website (“Site”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site.

By using the Site or by placing an order through the Site you agree to and accept all these Terms and Conditions and therefore have entered into an agreement with WGTV governing your use of the Site. In addition, when you use any current or future WGTV, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

In these Terms and Conditions:
a. “Account” means the account that you will need to register on the Site if you would like to submit an Order on the Site;
b. “Working Days” means a day which is neither (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday anywhere in Malaysia;
c. “Customer” means an individual who places an Order on the Site;
d. “you”, “user”, “member”, and “guest” means anyone who visits and/or uses this website;
e. reference to a “third party” in these terms includes a reference to any agent or contractor of Lionmas Malaysia or of any of their related bodies corporate, and any person engaged by any of them, in the creation, provision or maintenance of the website or in the fulfillment of Orders made through the website, and includes any of them;
f. a reference to the “website” means https://wongelectric.com.my/
g. “Order” means an offer made by you in response to an invitation to treat made by WONG ELECTRIC AND TV (WGTV) via the website.

User Agreement

By accessing and/or using the website, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them, and an agreement is formed between us and you.
We recommend you review the terms for amendments each time you use the website and before placing any Order. Should we choose to provide you with notice of amended terms, you agree to receive email notification of the amendments from us or our third party.
Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, WGTV will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

Legal Capacity
In order to make a purchase on the Website, you will need to register an account with us. By registering an account, you warrant that:
(a) are over the age of eighteen (18) years;
(b) if you are below eighteen (18) years of age, you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian, or you are under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian;
(c) you are using your actual identity;
(d) agree that you have entered into a legal contract with WGTV in relation to these terms; and
(e) these terms, together with your order, constitute the entire agreement between you and WGTV for the supply of products.

WGTV reserves the right to take legal action and seek compensation from the parent or guardian of a minor who causes an order to be placed, for any loss or damage WGTV may suffer as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Product(s) – Description & Prices

Prices shown are in Malaysia Ringgit and include SST where applicable. Prices may not include delivery and handling charges. Prices are subject to change. Delivery fees will be informed after order confirmation via Whatsapp. You need to pay delivery fees when you received your products.

We may temporarily or permanently remove any Product(s) and/or Service(s) from the Website at any time, with or without notice to you. We try our best to make sure that all information on the Website, including descriptions of the Product(s) and/or Service(s) and listed prices are accurate at all times.

We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website. Any increase in prices due to the Client’s requirements shall be paid by the Client. Any increase in prices due, in the opinion of the Company, to a material increase in costs to the Company may, at the Company’s sole discretion, be passed onto the Client by an increase in the price.

We do not guarantee that:
(a) any promotion that is offered on the Website will be available in-store(and vice versa); and
(b) any Product or Service that is offered for sale on the Website will also be offered for sale in-store (and vice versa).

Supply & Delivery

Subject to you complying with these Terms and acceptance of your Order by WGTV, we will sell and supply the products to you as shown on your Order confirmation.

We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order, provided always that WGTV has made available such Product for delivery to you and that the place of delivery is within Malaysia and easily accessible in the ordinary course of transportation.

All delivery services are provided by our third party service provider, and you acknowledge that such delivery services are provided to you directly by them. If you wish to change the delivery address you must contact our Team at least 24 hours prior to the dispatch of your order.

The delivery fees are based on the delivery of one Order to a single address within Malaysia. Promotional delivery fees may apply at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time before the Order is confirmed.

How long until you receive your Online Order?

Depending on your location, delivery will be within three to fourteen business days for items that are “in stock”. Delivery to remote areas may take longer but our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Please make plans to be available to accept your delivery. You will be required to be available in person to accept delivery of your Order. If you are not available, there must be a person aged 18 years and above that is capable of receiving delivery on your behalf, and you agree that we can rely on such person’s instructions as if they were your own. We are not obliged to verify that that person has been authorized by you to receive delivery of the Order. Our service providers are not permitted to leave any Product(s) that have not been signed for. 

In the event of an unsuccessful scheduled delivery, a re-attendance fee shall apply for the next delivery. We are not obliged to complete delivery of your Order or provide any additional services that you have requested prior to receiving payment of additional fees (if applicable).

You shall inform us of any delivery restrictions or difficulty in accessing your property when you place an Order, and ensure that the relevant permissions are obtained from the building/residential management prior to the scheduled delivery date. 

If we are unable to deliver on the confirmed delivery date and timeslot due to any difficulty in accessing your property, a re-attendance fee shall apply for the next delivery attempt. We are not obliged to complete the delivery of your Order prior to receiving payment of the re-attendance fee.
